You are a Project Manager at the Infrastructure Services at the Local Governmental Area where the Library is and currently leading the economic feasibility stage of the Redevelopment of the Library. The Local Government Senate has the final say in the future of the Library and wishes to focus on Economic Value of Library to the Local Community.
Prepare a brief Economic Analysis (Report) for a library by responding to the following three questions and further, provide three (3) architecture / design / planning / FM recommendations to Local Government Senate on improving the Economic Benefits of the Library in the future.

Suggestions and recommended methodology
1) Students are encouraged to conduct online research on the Library and other similar libraries, which have currently gone through major refurbishments. Canvas has some resources on the suggested case study of SciTech Library in USYD.
2) Students are encouraged to contact (online) the Library staff and seek an opportunity to discuss the Economic Values (or lack of it) of libraries in current times and the future. Develop an appreciation of Library Infrastructure and Business Operations through your conversations with the Library Staff and peer experts. You may choose to discuss or develop an evidence-based understanding of the physical infrastructure of the library facility, important technical aspects like lighting, Mech Services, Economic Value and Impact on users.
3) Consult your peers and mentors (recent graduates of this programme and Building Economics) on Engaged Learning Environments and the value of Peer Consultation in case study methodology.
