My current position at Month2Month is Marketing Specialist Intern, below are my job descriptions:
1. Collect and analyze market data for online vacation rental services and packages based on market segments and demographics such as age, gender, location, and ethnicity.
2. Determine the target global consumer market for the company’s real estate rental services.
3. Design strategic marketing plans and marketing initiatives based on collected and analyzed data, particularly online, to
increase the global client base and revenue.
4. Research consumer preferences with our vacation rental services and categorizing based on foreign and domestic
locations, and national and international clients.
5. Develop key metrics for measuring the effectiveness of marketing plans in terms of market scope and cost.

Month2Month is a short-term to Mid-term Real Estate Rental company. Its main external customer base is in three types:
1. People who travel for more than 30 days for leisure that needs a place to stay and relax.
2. People who travel for business trip or short-term to mid-term business relocation for business related events or project that needs a place to stay for their work.
3. People who are referred by insurance company and has their own home, but temporary needs a place to stay while their house under maintenance.
Our internal customer is in two teams:
1. Sales team who needs to use our website to serve our external customer with home availability, price for different lease term for each home that generate by our rental website, and lease signing process.
2. Maintenance team who needs to process and handle current residents with their maintenance request and track the status of each request.
Besides my job description, I also work closely with our engineering team and find the bugs, inaccurate or out of date information, and bad user interface in our website, fix the inaccurate information on our website if the task is easy, or give feedback and recommendations to our IT department and fix our issue if the task is complicated. For these jobs, we use project management tool to manage the process of our small or big project we need to work on, including, planning, track the process with each task, using Agile method to quickly react to any problems or issues occurred, etc. And use social media tool, such as zoom meeting, google hangout to give stand-up meeting for the progress we made, and any adjustment we need to make to solve the problem.
