Child Study Report —Introduction— why you chose the child, samples of work at the beginning of the period: (One Paragraph) —Family Background— Use only a fictitious name for the child to maintain privacy. (one paragraph) Describe child’s general psychological, social, intellectual, emotional characteristics (for example, shy or outgoing or friendly, quiet or highly verbal, neat or orderly, generally happy or sad, quick or eager to learn or struggles with most subjects, has a few friends or seems to be a loner, etc). For early childhood compare progress in the areas of concentration, order, coordination, independence as well as perhaps learning sounds of the alphabet or numbers, ability to participate in stories, singing, art, group activities. Paste samples of work you are comparing, do not display the name of the child on these samples. —Conclusion and recommendation— In one paragraph write a brief conclusion of the child’s personality and school progress.
