3 questions – two hour limit
This is an open book, open case, open Google test.
Question 1: This question is based on the Bank Negara Indonesia Case that was assigned for Week 4. The main content of the question will be an analysis of what happened based on Kotter’s organization change article.
Question 2: This question is based on Treadway Tire Company case, which is posted to Week 5. I encourage you to thoroughly read and digest it, BEFORE starting the test. This will make your time, much more manageable.
Question 3: Also based on Treadway Tires. You will have an option of two questions – only answer 1.
High-quality answers are thorough and specifically refer to course material. When you do cite, use the article information (Pfeffer, Best People OR Hitt, Strategy OR McClendon, Training OR Allen slides) to provide the reference. I don’t need full APA style, but if you go out-of-class references, I need a link. Do not worry about page numbers, unless you quote directly from the materials, then I insist.
I will read the questions as a set, rather than one at a time. What this means is that you can refer to your answer to question 1, as you answer question 2. You needn’t spend time setting up the situation.
Bullet points are acceptable as long as a reasonable person can fill in the blanks. Ambiguity will work against you as I will not assume an answer. I know you can do this and I’m pulling for you.
