2a) TOWS
MINIMUM 4 PAGES, NOT COUNTING HEADING, CHARTS/ILLUSTRATIONS, OR CITATIONS. DOUBLE SPACED, 12 PT. FONT. ALL CITATIONS IN APA FORMAT. LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE PENALIZED A MINIMUM OF 30%.
First review the most important issues discovered in the SFAS (high score in the how important to the industry column, low score in the how well the company is handling the issue column), and discuss why they are so important.
Produce a TOWS chart based on your SFAS in section 1, and include it in this section of your paper.
Brainstorm possible actions that could strengthen the company.
Be sure to include the factors you stated needed to be addressed in the SFAS.
In the text of your report, each pairing of topics must start its own paragraph, using the paired issues as a bolded heading. The rest of the paragraph should explain the issues and what you propose to address them. A minimum of six brainstormed ideas (paragraphs) is required.
Refer to the factors you are addressing, what actions the company could take using these factors, and what you would expect to happen if each suggestion was implemented.
The final paragraph of this section should highlight the suggestions you believe the company should implement and why.
A minimum of 6 brainstormed ideas is required. It is not necessary to fill out all four squares, but a minimum of 6 suggestions is required in total, and issues found to be most important to address from the SFAS must be incluced in your suggested actions.

If you need further explanation, you may send me your questions on email, or request a meeting to discuss what needs to be clarified. Please provided 2 or 3 times within my available time slots (top of pg. 1) that you can meet, and I will let you know which one is good for me asap.
2b) Conclusions: minimum 2 full page.
Your conclusions must:
– summarize the issues you see as the biggest issues for the company to address,
– state your suggestions to address these issues
– explain how these suggestions could be implemented
– outline your expected results of these implementations.
Your suggestions should be definite: Do not bring up multiple possible courses of action, then leave them hanging. You must make a decision as to which actions/combination of actions would make the most sense for the company, and the steps that need to be taken to put your plan into place must be clear. The final paper should have all citations combined into a single list and attached to the end of the paper.
Other information or analysis may be included if you think it would be helpful. Note that the emphasis of your conclusion should be on the proposed actions, thereasoning behind them, and the expected impacts of these actions.
Do your own work. SWOTs, SFAS’, or TOWS’ written by other sources may not be used, and will be considered to be plagiarism if they are used in your paper. As always, use in text citations where necessary in APA format. See the bottom of page 1 in this syllabus if you don’t know how to use APA.
