Analyze and Interpret: Explain why you think this principle was included as one of the 12 (that is, why is this principle crucial in project management?) How does this principle contribute to project success or failure? How does this principle relate to the 4 PM values? This section should be about 1/4 of your total paper.
Recommendations: Offer recommendations for project managers on how to effectively incorporate or adhere to the chosen principle in their projects. What practical steps can be taken to enhance its implementation? This section should be about 1/4 of your paper.
Compare and Contrast: Compare and contrast the principle you chose for your first paper with the principle you chose for this second paper. Which do you believe is more critical for project management and why? This section should be about 1/4 of the paper.
