1. Select a proposed or past project as the focus of this project report.
2. Provide a 1-page Overview of the Project including the reasoning for the implementation of the project and the identification of the stakeholder groups including those who stand to gain or be negatively affected by the implementation of the project.
3. Provide a 1-2 page list of the Goals of the Project and a summary of the justification for each of the stated goals. Also list the position/job of the Point-person for each Goal. (Basically, the “Champion” who is responsible for ensuring the institution/organization reaches that goal.)
4. Provide a 1-page Timeline of the anticipated start of the project along with the projected completion date of the project. Between the start date and the completion date, list meetings and actions required to stay on tract so that the stated completion date can be met.
5. Provide a Summary of the anticipated/or actual outcomes of the project including the anticipated benefits and for whom, along with possible detrimental results that may arise because of the implementation of the project.
6. Provide a 1-2 page List of Recommendations including Lessons Learned by leadership and/or managers.
7. Students should feel free to upload additional documents/artifacts/materials that they feel are valuable to archive for this Project.
