Next time you are driving on Universal Blvd. behind Point Orlando look at the Hyatt Tree Farm(Pine Trees), on the corner. Marrio Andretti Go-Cart and arcade is right across the street. So Hyatt is now in the tree farming business sitting on the most expensive real estate in Orlando, agricultural exemption is much better than paying property taxes. I am just trying to open everyones eyes as to how the system is rigged for large corporations at the expense of smaller companies and local taxes, we the local citizens who have to commute and live in Orlando suffer. But that is my opinion, I want to hear yours.
