Lesson 07 – Assignment
Continue the process of creating your Program Proposal, address the question listed below (add your response to your existing Program Proposal paper, begin a new paragraph).
Remember, do not write out the questions, write your answers in a third-person APA narration, be concise, fully spell out your words, and articulate your ideas thoroughly. Upload your APA paper under Lesson 7 Assignment (this upload should have the contents of Assignments 1 through 7 within the paper).
Step 1: Examine your organizational chart, see whether you have a clear way to identify the key supervisor roles that need to be played.
Is there a clear picture of what the supervisory relationships might be in the organization?
Identify and list the supervisory pairs (supervisor and supervisee) that would work together for general and clinical supervision.
Step 2: In the previous assignment, you designed a particular job that would need to be filled.
Now that the job is filled, what would be the most important issues that the employee’s supervisor might need to address?

Continue the process of creating your Program Proposal (add your response to your existing Program Proposal paper, begin a new paragraph).
In your chapter 3 assignment, you outlined a primary goal; measurable objectives; and a list of activities/services for your hypothetical human service program. Use that information to do this assignment.
Step 1: Create a new paragraph explaining the purpose of a line-item budget. Be sure to support what you are saying with an in-text citation from your course textbook. After creating  the paragraph, create your line-item budget that will help accomplish the program goals and objectives.
Step 2: Create a new paragraph suggesting ways in which funds could be acquired to implement it.
Upload your APA paper under Lesson 8 Assignment (this upload should have the contents of Assignments 1 through 8 within the paper).
