You
have three Case Studies labelled A, B and C.
From these three Case Studies you have to use the child case (Case Study
C) and select one of the two adult cases (A or B) for further development. I want to choose case study A and B

You
have a word limit of 2,750 words and these can be used however you want ie you
could use 1,000 words on one Case Study and 1,750 on the other Case Study. However, it is important that you know why
you have chosen to do that and explain that in your submission.

There
is no required format but the two you are most likely to choose between is a
report format or an essay format.

For
each Case Study you are expected to submit a plan of what you would need
to carry out an assessment appropriately and to the right standard. You also need to provide the details of at
least one intervention and preferably two.

Plan
for Assessment:
You are
expected to identify what information you have already and any areas of concern
or positive contributions. You are
expected to identify other information or material that is essential and
explain how you will collect it. You are
expected to identify how long it might take to complete your assessment and to
identify what concerns or issues you feel might need to be explored or acted
upon before the completion of the assessment

Intervention:
You are
expected to include as a minimum What Intervention, Why this particular
Intervention, When would it start/end, What do you expect it to do, What issues
or problems there might be and What impact are you hoping it will have.
NB Please remember you are making a Holistic Assessment. You will need to draw on evidence-based
practice, theories and models and information and material from across all of
the BA Social Work modules as well as from reading and understandings from your
own study and experiences
